On 8th December 2022, Professor Richard Li-Hua, Founder and President of ELITE Innovation College Cambridge (EICC), United Kingdom, and Moulay Ahmed El Amrani, Founder and President of HEEC, Morocco, jointly signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement. Both parties shared an exciting vision in tackling the challenges and opportunities for developing future leaders and managers in the post COVID-19 era.

1. ELITE Global College (EGC) - EICC Offline Delivery Centre has a presence in Morocco
According to the agreement, both parties will make efforts immediately for the promotion and design, development and implementation of the bespoke ELITE Global College (EGC)- EICC ELITE Global College/Offline Delivery Centre, including Doctoral Delivery Centre and Centre of International Technology Transfer in Morocco, where EICC’s degree and non-degree programmes including EICC bespoke Executive Development Programmes (EDPs) are delivered online and offline in Morocco.
2. EICC-HEEC Research Center in Morocco, North West Africa
Both parties agree to establish together a center for research excellence dedicated to PhD studies. To have reconstruction of education intelligently, with innovation leading the future, both parties will work together in leading and promoting educational innovation, providing overall education, holistic education, through reconstructing the Oxbridge model and to have mutual recognition of adaptation of the emerging and innovative model during the pandemic and in the post-epidemic era.
3. Both parties agree with the Exchange Opportunities for Staff Exchange, Staff Development and Visiting Scholars
Both Parties will make efforts in developing opportunities for staff exchange, staff development and visiting scholars from HEEC, teacher training, for the enhancement of HEEC teachers' teaching and research level, joint papers, presentation and joint publication, joint seminars and workshops, professional level improvement, English proficiency improvement and academic promotion, for the enhancement of the internationalization of HEEC. EICC will also provide bespoke EDP Programmes for the colleagues and staffs at HEEC, which including the following programmes:
