ELITE INNOVATION COLLEGE CAMBRIDGE (EICC)
ELITE is an acronym of E-Learning of Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
It was during the COVID-19 pandemic that ELITE Innovation College Cambridge (EICC) was consolidated and re-created. Still, its history can be traced back to 2006, when a group of outstanding management scholars launched CAMOT[1] during IAMOT [2]International Conference in Tsinghua University.
The four colleges: Innovation College, Technology College, Entrepreneurship College and Global Leadership College that we have established based upon the 15 years of accumulation of global academic resources provide an academic arm of EICC and extra liberal arts curriculum to our degree and non-degree programmes and qualifications that we deliver for the enhancement of student journey which delivers alongside our degree awarding power universities.
Further, an online to offline (O2O) structure pioneering education platform that challenges the traditional ways of learning, coupled with prestigious academic quality, global engagement, and strategic collaboration with worldwide partners, is what differentiates EICC from conventional higher education.
Our strength lies in our innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that has underpins a holistic educational framework and a unique pedagogy with online capabilities to create a focused and flexible learning for our learners and offline delivery centres in cities around the world extends the online learning to provide further engaged social learning experience. Such learning model combines explicit and tacit knowledge transfer that is entrenched in human learning behaviour and contribute to the delivery of an enriched and enhanced student experience.
In addition, EICC's global research and engagement, which includes EICC’s Global Innovation Webinar series and the Global University President Forum, develops and sustains worldwide higher education, research and global engagement, creates globally connected learning and practice communities.
We are privileged to be a strategic partner of United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI). Over a decade, we have been successfully organizing international conferences and forums with global universities, including Tsinghua University (CAMOT Conference 2014 Beijing) and University of Cambridge (CAMOT Conference 2016 Cambridge) and University of Law (University President Forum 2021 London) with university presidents, vice chancellors, deans, experts, scholars, government officials and doctoral candidates in the field of higher education participated in the events.
We are also honoured being an associate college of University of the West of Scotland (UWS) and University of Law (ULaw) in the United Kingdom and Trinity Western University (TWU) in Canada, in the delivery of degree and non-degree undergraduate, postgraduate, and taught & research programmes in Cambridge, United Kingdom and Zhuhai, China.

OUR STORY
On 21st May 2006, a group of outstanding management scholars launched China Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT) at the International Association for Management of Technology (IAMOT) International Conference delivered at Tsinghua University. CAMOT was subsequently registered in the UK. In the absence of government funds, with the founder’s firm vision, perseverance and a strong team, as well as great support from and collaboration with United Nations Academic Influence (UNAI) and many world-class strategic partners, universities and government agencies around the world, including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tsinghua University, Cambridge University, etc., CAMOT has successfully held ten (10) CAMOT international conferences and launched six (6) international academic journals on studies of contemporary China.
In September 2015, we founded Camot Academy Cambridge at St John Innovation Centre, Cambridge and started offering bespoke corporate and executive development programmes, leadership development and coaching programmes, and delivery of China Embracing Innovation Forums in Bournemouth and Stafford with local government, UK and in Helsinki, Finland. We changed the name into ELITE Innovation College Cambridge on 8thDecember 2020. We focus on the global vision with a paradigm of "West meets East" in our delivery of programmes and conferences and forums and we highlight green and sustainable development, and constantly build global network and accumulate global academic resources with global responsible leadership.
On 1st June 2020, we started the journey of creating a globally-connected ELITE O2O Innovation University of the future. ELITE is an acronym of e-learning of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship for the enhancement of employability and student journey within an online and offline (O2O) university in the global higher education. Almost all the universities and colleges are currently delivering courses online based upon the MOOC experiences since the outbreak of Covid-19. Our strategic aim of establishment of the Innovative Education Platform is an exploration of an innovative education pedagogy of integrating the delivery of programmes, knowledge, contents and education ethos with a global vision embedded in the teaching and learning strategy built into the technological innovation system of the university. This system demonstrates how various features and objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial university can be created, translated, articulated and achieved within a learning organization.
We are proud that our founder delivered his keynote speech as a signal of formal start of our journey in creating this innovative university at China Association of Higher Education (CAHE) Annual International Conference, 22ndNovember 2020 - Perspective of ELITE O2O Innovation University: A Great Transformation and Revolution in the Global Higher Education in Post COVID-19 Era along with his close friends and colleagues who share his vision. His keynote speech with a pre-recorded video was well received in the conference and highly regarded by CAHE.
