At the beginning of meeting, Professor Richard Li-Hua expressed his warm welcome to colleagues in eight different countries. He summarized what has been so far achieved in EICC since the formal launch of EICC last November.

He highlighted that we have reached an important milestone that we’ve obtained a "degree-granting power partner" to achieve the function of self-creation of blood and lay a solid foundation for the next step to obtain the university’s title and degree-granting power. We successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement with University of West Scotland (UWS) through a franchise model to deliver the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Project Management, Master of Digital Marketing and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with extra curriculum by combing with our ELITE unique courses related to Innovation Management, Technology Management, Global Entrepreneurship and Global Leadership Development. Students who complete their studies successfully will obtain a degree certificate from UWS. In addition, we also signed strategic cooperation agreements with Ulster University, Canterbury Christ Church University, etc.

Secondly, we reached an agreement that in collaboration with China Association of Higher Education Association (CAHE), and United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) and University of Law (ULaw), to co-organize "University Presidents Forum" in London (University of Law, London, UK) and Guangzhou (Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China) on December 10-12 this year. We have shared the list of more than 100 high-level, high-standard, and well-known university presidents to be invited by both parties. This forum will help EICC build a global reputation, a strong marketing position and a global university alliance.

Thirdly, we have been successfully continuously holding the "Global Innovation Webinar", co-organized with the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), Research Center for Technology Innovation (RCTI), Tsinghua University and the China Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT), to expand our global influence. Our distinguished speakers include senior officials of the United Nations and OECD, former national leaders, university presidents, experts and scholars. The guests attending the conference were from China, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Portugal, the United States, Singapore, Australia, the United States, and Canada.
