ABOUT COLLEGE OF LEADERSHIP

Better the World

Our colleges of ELITE are a collection of self-sufficient communities of scholars providing social and academic support for students. We named our colleges as CAMOT as we have 15 years of cumulations of academic resources since CAMOT was born in 2006.

Leadership not only belongs to the hands of leaders. Our College of Leadership helps leaders, managers, and our students in developing their personalities and abilities, maximizing their leadership potential, and making reformative contributions in the workplace and elsewhere.

As a leader, you will learn new perspectives and skills to reach your highest personal and professional potential, including how to build trust, manage conflict, use positive emotions to make successful decisions, and implement effective time management. As a leader, you will also create an awareness and expand your skills.

Our Leadership College allows students to participate in case of studies, reading, research, and discussion of leadership. We provide an opportunity for you to listen to and build relationships with our internal and guest speakers, global leaders and managers who represent a range of fields and have extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise. Delegates can not only benefit from front-line knowledge but also share learning experiences through group discussions. Attracting leaders from all over the world, this environment will be extremely valuable, as they learn from the complexity of different backgrounds and build lasting connections.

We deliver large scale lectures/demonstrations and transmitting explicit knowledge online while we conduct small-group teaching sessions, providing tutorials and/or supervisions offline. We foster critical thinking and independent analysis through individual preparation, i.e. reading, thinking and writing, then engaged participation in presentation/debate for teasing out and transmitting tacit knowledge.
