Our colleges of ELITE are a collection of self-sufficient communities of scholars providing social and academic support for students. We named our colleges as CAMOT as we have 15 years of cumulations of academic resources since CAMOT was born in 2006.

Innovation is the life-blood of competitiveness, and the best way to adapt to the complex and changeable business environment is to keep up with and surpass the pace of business development and to innovate.

Our College of Innovation aims to stimulate fresh ideas and perspectives and help our students to develop innovative thinking and train business professionals so that they can reshape the company with their creativity and entrepreneurial vision, and rethink the role of innovative business in society. In this age, digital transformation has given birth to new business models, and new economies are on the rise.

Our education philosophy is to educate students, leaders and managers on how to stimulate critical thinking, promote innovation within organization. This process starts from the process of generating ideas, extends to the issue of organizing and funding innovation, and finally benefits from it in different ways. The teaching mix further strengthens and develops soft skills in workshops, focusing on career and personal and professional development. Our College of Innovation has a core curriculum system that spans the humanities and social sciences. For understanding the complexity of society and improving the analytical and speculative skills necessary for future changers, these interdisciplinary curriculum structures will open up students’ business thinking and analytical skills.

We deliver large scale lectures/demonstrations and transmitting explicit knowledge online while we conduct small-group teaching sessions, providing tutorials and/or supervisions offline. We foster critical thinking and independent analysis through individual preparation, i.e. reading, thinking and writing, then engaged participation in presentation/debate for teasing out and transmitting tacit knowledge.
