PROFESSOR WANG DA SHU
Honorary Dean, School of Management, ELITE Innovation College Cambridge
Professor Wang Dashu is a renowned Chinese economist specializing in East-West cultural and economic behaviour, economic situation analysis, corporate competition, regional economics, and development economics. His profound insights, strategic leadership and research contributions in these areas have provided valuable guidance to both academia and policymakers in the global higher education.
After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degree in Management from the Department of Economics at Peking University, Prof Wang pursued further studies at La Trobe University Australian and earned a PhD in Economics.
As a professor at the School of Economics at Peking University, Prof Wang is teaching economics and leading several significant research projects as well. His work at Peking University involves not only teaching but also advancing the institution’s research and development in the field of economics.
Prior to this, he served as a researcher at the Asian Studies Institute of an Australian university, focusing on Asian economic studies. Additionally, he was a senior researcher at the Development Research Center of the State Council of China, where he provided valuable insights for China’s economic policy formulation.

Currently, Prof Wang Da Shu serves Honorary Dean of EICC School of Management, where he provides strategic leading advice and oversee the institution in formulating long-term academic enhancement and development strategies in collegial environment, and academic research and education of innovation and entrepreneurship.
PROFESSOR DR. REGINA HUANG (LUJIN)
Dean, School of Management, ELITE Innovation College Cambridge
Prof. Huang used to work at School of Business, East China University of Science & Technology (ECUST), who graduated from Northeast Normal University, BA for English major, an MA for Economics, and PhD in Economic Sociology. Thanks to her interdisciplinary academic background and more than 30-year teaching and executive training experience in Business and management, She is regarded as an expert in cross-cultural communication with strong leadership skills in the Chinese education institutions with high learning.
Prof. HUANG, a former Vice-Dean at of School of Business, East China University of Science and Technology is strong in both English Negotiation and Business writing to develop the business relations with overseas partners. She used to be a former ECUST MBA Director, to create ECUST IMBA and Sino-French IMBA and EMBA double degree programs, has made great contribution on the AMBA accreditation for the ECUST MBA and EMBA, which leads the ECUST onto the global education arena. She worked with Faculty of Engineering, and Economics and Business, ULBS Romania to develop the joint Sino-European International Business School (SEIBS) between ECUST, China and Romania, under the OBOR initiative.
Prof. HUANG is also active in social practice. She works as a management consultant in several international companies and institutions to enrich her career life. She also acts as Director, Shanghai Executive Development and Teaching Center, Rennes School of Business (RSB), France. She leads the team to run EMScGBM program and DBA program in China, as RSB honorary professor. She gives lectures to the graduate students from French Business Schools, Romania and other international officers and experts who came to China for training each year, invited by Shanghai Municipal Overseas Expert Training Center, to tell the stories of China well for the Belt and Road Initiative. Her English taught Courses are highly welcomed by international students and officials and executives from African countries, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
Currently, Prof. Huang has a clear vision to lead the EICC School of Management as a global best practice with O2O teaching and learning model.
DR. VIVIAN LI, MBA, DBA
Executive Dean, School of Management, ELITE Innovation College Cambridge
Dr Vivian LI is also the Executive Dean of Management School, EICC. She has overall responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of the strategic plan for the sustainable development of the Management School with the Dean. She is currently focusing on the management and delivery of EICC-FCU Co-branded Cambridge PhD programme. She is also responsible for the application of degree-awarding-power of EICC.
In the meantime she works in the Office of the President for the co-ordination of all the departments and schools for the enhancement of effectiveness and efficiency of the institution with a hands-on approach. She also champions the strategy of branding, media and marketing within the President Office.
Vivian joined EICC in early 2024 as an expert in cross-cultural management and enterprise innovation and an experienced academic administrator. Before joining EICC, Vivian served as the Director of Engagement at CAMOT (China Association for Management of Technology), a leading international academic organization, and was the Assistant Editor of the Journal of Knowledge-based Innovation in China. She also has an extensive career history in student recruitment agencies in the UK higher education sector and as a Strategic Consultant in the education industry. Vivian has extensive leadership experience in driving leading change and transformative initiatives in education, enterprise, and academic research.
Vivian received her MBA degree from Charles Sturt University and her DBA degree from Northumbria University, UK. She researched on Confucius value in Morden management and global higher education and published widely.
CO-BRANDED CAMBRIDGE PHD ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
FCU and EICC Co-branded Cambridge PhD Academic Programme will be launched soon following the successful signing of Co-branded Cambridge PhD Academic Programme for sustainable and strategic collaboration between Florida Christian University, USA, and ELITE Innovation College Cambridge, UK, on 26th September 2023.

This co-branded strategic arrangement sets out that both parties will work together to co-brand their programmes with their global academic resources for the joint delivery of Co-branded Cambridge PhD academic programmes initially. The parties will carry forward the footprint, education ethos and quality regime of FCU and EICC with the strong features of innovation management, technology management, global entrepreneurship, and global leadership when they deliver the co-branded structures.

These structures, which are co-branded and consolidated with global academic resourses between Frorida Christ University (FCU), USA, and ELITE Innovation College Cambridge (EICC), UK, for the enhancement of students journey, are delivered via Agora ELITE O2O Structure online and offline mainly in Florida, USA /Cambridge, UK as well as in EICC ELITE Global Colleges (EGC). Students who successfully complete these programmes and courses will be awarded FCU’s PhD degree.

This Co-branded Cambridge PhD Academic Programme will be delivered in English initially and then in Chinese and French while EICC will be working in collaboration with its global partners - EGCs for the delivery of this prestigious co-branded Cambridge PhD Academic Programmes along with its delivery of ELITE Global Innovation Forum and Global University President Forum for the creation of its innovation icon, its global reputation, a strong marketing position and the sustainable future of the college.
